cf99 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and cf99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the cf99 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services available at cf99.bio. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the cf99 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. By using cf99, you represent that you understand and are comfortable transacting in English for the purposes of these Terms.

To register and use the cf99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cf99 strictly prohibits access by minors and individuals under the legal gambling age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling services by any self-exclusion request previously submitted to cf99.
• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

cf99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds at any point during your relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

cf99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfers to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. cf99 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and whether KYC verification has been completed. cf99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend processing times. cf99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile financial service) may apply their own transaction charges independently of cf99. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Where currency conversion is involved, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the point of transaction. Funds deposited to cf99 are held in your platform wallet and are not subject to interest.

cf99 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the cf99 platform in a manner not sanctioned by cf99.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Exploiting any technical fault, error, or loophole in the platform's software or games. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or when submitting a support request.

cf99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation of suspected unlawful activity involving the platform. Where cf99 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may freeze account funds during the investigation period without prior notice.

All content on the cf99 platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers, is the intellectual property of cf99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the cf99 platform without the prior written consent of cf99. Any unauthorised use of cf99's intellectual property may result in legal action.

cf99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cf99 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the cf99 platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team. cf99 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records at the time of registration and review them periodically thereafter.
